UK delivery
We currently offer standard and express services at a cost. Free UK shipping may be offered on orders over £300.
International delivery
We are a small, but growing brand. We currently only serve the UK but hope to be in your market soon.
Delivery issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control. If your parcel is delayed, please check the tracking information first, then contact us at hello@weareome.co.uk if you need further help.
Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order.
We cannot refund or replace orders that are lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided.
Missing or damaged orders
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@weareome.co.uk.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
