Refund policy

Your right to cancel

You may return and request a refund for your order within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your goods. To do this, please notify us in writing via email at hello@weareome.co.uk before the cancellation period expires.

Exchanges

We currently do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@weareome.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label for faulty or incorrect items and issue a full refund or replacement.

Return conditions

Whether you change your mind, or want an exchange, to be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., customised/personalised products) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Please note that we do not currently offer free returns. You will be responsible for the cost of sending the item(s) back to us. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@weareome.co.uk.  Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
